A little about us...
Hello! We are Katie and Kristan.
Two sisters who believe personal growth and transformation is possible with a little awareness and compassion at any age or stage of life.
We love the Enneagram as a tool to discover more about ourselves and our relationships. Learning how you see life through the lens of your personality is eye-opening, but learning about how those around you view it through their personality lens is a game changer. We would be honored to walk beside you in your Enneagram journey.

Meet Katie...Enneagram Type 1
Katie's Story...
The Enneagram first hit my radar during a patio conversation with delicious hot beverages and great friends. They were chatting about “their number” and how accurately it depicted them. I had to bravely ask, “what is the Enneagram?”…because {gasp!} I didn’t know. Within minutes I had a crash course, an audiobook link, and a million questions. Needless to say, by the end of the day, I was hooked and knew without a doubt I was a Type One. Since then I have submerged myself in Enneagram information and loved every minute of it. The Enneagram has guided me into a place of true internal recognition so I too can be the BEST version of myself.
A Little Bit About Me…I L O V E the outdoors. The mountains are my happy place and camping with my family and friends is one of my favorite activities. Taking in the majesty of God’s creation takes my breath away every time…that might sound cheesy, but it’s true - nature is a reset button for me.
>> Jesus is my ROCK! << And I love studying the Word of God. Just give me some colored pens, my Bible and an in-depth Bible Study and I’m a happy gal.
A massive list of other things I enjoy include…my morning tea {with heavy cream}, hosting a gathering, board games, reading, cozy blankets, traveling, photography, movie night with popcorn, snuggling with my kiddos {they’ll never be too big}, lists and color-coding {ha!}.
I was blessed to marry my high school sweetheart twenty-two years ago. I cannot say it’s all been blissful {wink}, but I can say God has faithfully walked with us each step - making the journey one I wouldn’t miss for anything.
My hubby and I are raising three incredible kiddos - ages 17, 14 and 9. They amaze me daily with their strength, kind-hearts, humor, and button-pushing {just being honest}. They are a true treasure and watching them grow into who God has created them to be is a joy beyond measure.
I love learning and growing and then sharing the experience and information with others. I have a Bachelor and Masters degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, I have lots of certifications in a variety of areas (I told you I love learning), and just received my Coaching Mastery Certification so I can be the best version of me as I extend my services to you.

Meet Kristan...| Enneagram Type 4
Kristan's Story...
Welcome! I’m Kristan, I reside in Southern Idaho with my husband and three-dogs. We have three amazing young-adult boys and one beautiful daughter-in-law. We love taking advantage of the different sports and numerous outdoor activities Idaho has to offer.
My sister introduced me to the Enneagram several years ago. After studying it a bit further, I came across Beth McCord at Your Enneagram Coach, and immediately connected with the approach of using the Enneagram and the Gospel together, revealing the motivation behind WHY we do what we do and HOW each enneagram type represents Christ in their own unique way.
As an Enneagram coach, my goal is to help you find balance and fulfillment in your personal relationship with Christ and others. I want you to know that you are not alone. I want you to feel loved, encouraged, seen, heard and held securely in God's grace. Using the Enneagram and the gospel hand-in-hand, can help you release your old-self, and grow and develop into your new-self in Christ; aligning with who our Heavenly Father created and intended you to be.
I am truly grateful for what I have learned from integrating the Enneagram and the gospel together. Life has definitely had it's ups and downs, and I am someone who is always wanting to improve and learn more about myself, to be a better wife, mother, friend, sister, daughter or person in general. I'm still learning and working on overcoming some "messy" relationships, experiences and situations in my life that I now realized have been holding me back from showing up in the world the way I was meant to. The Enneagram has helped me identify those times I might be wandering or losing sight of the who I am in Christ. By learning more about myself I have developed a soft spot in my heart, especially for women. I would love to share what I’ve learned and continue to learn with YOU!
