Raising a teen girl can feel like a constant tug between closeness and conflict—and sometimes, just figuring out how to talk to each other is the hardest part.
This fun, honest, and insightful workshop is just for moms navigating the emotional highs, deep love, and real struggles that come with parenting a teenage daughter.
A laid-back workshop to discover how to
navigate conversations for real understanding
with your teen and as a teenager.
Using the Enneagram Stances (Assertive, Dutiful, and Withdrawn) as a practical tool, you’ll learn:
-
Your own communication stance—and how it shows up in stress
-
How to spot your daughter’s likely stance and what it means
-
What to say (and not say) when emotions run high
-
How to approach tough topics without shutting each other down
You’ll walk away with real tools, a deeper understanding of yourself and your daughter, and the encouragement that you’re not alone.
We’ll laugh, reflect, and get honest—because being a mom in this season can be hard, but it doesn’t have to be messy or lonely.
For Moms of Teen Daughters Ready to Communicate with
More Understanding and Less Frustration.
Let’s be honest — the teen years can make mother-daughter communication feel like navigating a maze. You care deeply about each other, but it’s easy for things to get misunderstood, brushed off, or met with a sigh and a quick retreat to separate spaces. Even when it feels challenging, this season with our daughters is meaningful — and we can learn to navigate it with more grace and understanding.
In this workshop, we’ll explore the Enneagram’s three communication stances — Withdrawn, Assertive, and Dutiful — to better understand how each of you naturally engages in conversations. You’ll learn what helps each other feel heard, respected, and more connected.
This is a warm, interactive experience designed for real life — not perfection. You’ll leave with new tools, shared insight, and a fresh way to keep growing together.
Because how we connect now sets the tone for the relationship ahead.
This workshop will help you you:
-
Understand how you naturally communicate — and how that affects the other
-
Know what to do when things feel tense or misunderstood
-
Learn how your personalities shape your responses (and reactions!)
-
Gain tools to stay connected, even when things get emotional
-
Laugh, learn, and grow your relationship in a space that feels safe and lighthearted
What if...
you had the tools to truly understand each other’s communication style —
and connect in a way that feels good on both sides?
What if the tension wasn’t about attitude — but about how you’re wired?

Let’s be honest — teen years can feel like a game of emotional telephone. You’re trying to connect, support, or just get through a conversation… and somehow it ends with silence, frustration, or an epic eye roll.

This workshop is where that starts. This isn’t a lecture.
And it’s definitely not therapy. This is a fun, interactive
in-person workshop that helps moms of teenage daughters (middle & high schoolers) discover how they communicate differently — and why it matters.
Connected Conversations is a refreshing, eye-opening Enneagram workshop designed for mothers of teen girls who want to explore:
-
What naturally energizes or overwhelms you in conversation
-
Why you shut down, speak up, or go silent when things get tense
-
How to approach each other with curiosity, not conflict
-
How to feel more seen, safe, and supported — even in tough moments.
This isn’t about fixing what’s broken —
it’s about expanding what’s already good
and opening new pathways for communication,
understanding, and lasting closeness.

This workshop is for You if...

-
You and your daughter love each other deeply… but sometimes conversations feel harder than they should.
-
You’re a mom who wants to support your daughter without pushing too hard.
-
You’ve had moments of misunderstanding or misreading each other’s tone, timing, or need for space.
-
You’re curious about how personality and communication styles shape the way we talk (and don’t talk).
-
You want to grow closer without needing a “deep talk” every day — and maybe even laugh while doing it.
-
You’re ready to grow closer — without changing who you are.
No prior Enneagram knowledge is needed — just curiosity, a willingness to explore, and a whole lot of heart.
