For the 8-coaching sessions you will receive a custom ‘Discovering You’ Workbook for sessions 1-3 and Five ‘Exploring You’ handouts for sessions 3-8. During these sessions you will gain an understanding of the Enneagram and all 9-Enneagram Types. Your coach will guide you in Discovering the Type that resonates most with you; looking at the structure of the Enneagram, the core motivations and a general overview of each type. Together we will walk through the customized workbook, giving you the tools to become "A.W.A.R.E." using the Enneagram. 

We will also take an in-depth journey Exploring your type’s core motivations, growth and stress paths, internal messages and your Enneagram goals. This knowledge provides resources on how to incorporate new awareness into everyday life-situations and relationships. Together we’ll identify your childhood patterns and messages, defense mechanisms, and healthy transformation and alignment to the best you. We will walk through customized handouts each session bringing encouragement and understanding to learning and growing without becoming overwhelmed.

After completing "Path of Exploring You"- take an even deeper dive into your personality through Enneagram Internal Profile. EIP is designed to help you become aware of your inner child, your unconscious approaches to life and help you better understand the different auto-pilot characteristics around your personality that seem to interfere with you living the life you want. Together we will walk through the five-customized handouts designed for each session helping you to learn and grow, finding ways to apply these new tactics to your life without becoming overwhelmed, especially during challenging times.

AFTER completing ‘Discovering You, Exploring You and EIP’ - there may be an area of yourself you want to explore further. The ‘Becoming Your Truest Self’ session options available are a great opportunity for you to do just that. Together we will continue your personal journey navigating through the part of yourself you want to explore deeper. These sessions are personalized to you - focusing on a specific area of your choosing - designed just for you! Your coach will continue supporting you when and how you need it. You are never alone on your journey ‘Becoming’ the truest version of yourself.

Take your TEAM to the next level...Build teamwork with an introduction to the Enneagram. Team members will gain an understanding of the Enneagram, learn about their Enneagram type and identify how to apply this information to enhance quality and cohesiveness in the workplace.
