The Enneagram is an amazing tool, it is deep and riveting and helps us identify so much about our motivations.

Each of us has a Core Enneagram Type, but there are so many nuances to make us who we are.

Another facet of the Enneagram Structure are the paths we take in growth and stress. We move along these paths and adopt traits of the other types our Core Type connects to.

Tapping into our growth and stress lines can bring benefits into our daily life by:

  • Embracing Self-Awareness

  • Recognizing Our Patterns

  • Compassionately Cultivating Our Personal Growth

  • Managing Stress

  • Strengthening Relationships

  • Aligning with Our Purpose

Think of the tendencies of your stress path as the bright flashing warning sign, nudging you to course correct. Understanding these paths help us recognize we’re shifting to stress and reminds us to lean into healthier behaviors for growth.

We know iIt’s not easy to identify or try to balance our thoughts, feelings, and intuitions. In stress, we might feel weak, overwhelmed, or lost in unhealthy patterns. But in growth, we learn to rely on God’s strength to become the best version of ourselves.

“I can do all things through Him who gives me strength.” Philippians 4:13 NIV

Have you ever noticed how you react under stress or how you thrive when you’re at your best? Where do you see yourself right now?

Your Enneagram type as a built-in roadmap for both! Recognizing your patterns is the first step toward transformation.

Let’s use our paths to GROW!
